Help for Ukraine
Donations for families and hospitals in Ukraine / https://pomagam.pl/slavaukraini
They stayed in their country to fight for their homeland. Let's help them locally. In response to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, we cannot remain indifferent.
We are co-organizing a donation for families in the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine and for Ukrainian hospitals in need. Where is Chernivtsi located? Very close to the border with Romania. Take a look at the map.
Why are we supporting people from this location in Ukraine?
More than a million people have fled their homes from Kiev, Kharkov, Mariupol or Odessa. Not all of them have gone abroad. Hundreds of thousands of people have moved to the safest place in Ukraine, areas near the border with Romania.
Among these people are our friends and work colleagues. Programmers, analysts, logisticians along with their families.
As you know, during the war people leave their homes in a hurry. Some packed in max. 20 minutes, taking only the most necessary things. Everyone left their belongings in apartments and houses. No one knows if and when they will return home.
They found themselves in Chernivtsi and had to find their way in the new reality. And there, basic products are running out. Supply chains are broken, Ukrainian banks stop working, their currency loses value.
They need many things that are no longer available in stores. And these things we would like to purchase for them.
How is the support organized?
Our colleagues in Chernivtsi have partnered with local authorities and volunteers who receive and sort donations stored on both sides of the Ukrainian and Romanian borders.
When our logisticians saw what their warehouses looked like - with thousands of products, from food to clothes to medicines - they took over the coordination:)
What's more, our programmers, in just two nights, wrote a WMS program (warehouse management system) and created an application for the phone! This way volunteers sorting things in the warehouse can enter them into the system. Then they can easily find the products they need at the moment.
As you can see below you can program under any conditions.
WHAT WE NEED (list of non-medical items)
We receive updated lists of needed items from local authorities on a regular basis. Not all of them are in the donation warehouses, most have to be purchased. That is why we are asking you to donate. Every penny counts.
As you can easily guess when you leave home with only one suitcase, you are missing clothes, chemistry, medicines, but also things like a kettle, flashlight, batteries, charger or sim card.
That's why I'm providing the list of needed items and the number of pieces, collected by the authorities in Chernivtsi (forgive me, translation isn't always perfect). We will transport all purchased items to the Romanian-Ukrainian border, where Ukrainian charities will pass it on to the local familes.
Constantinus Award 2021

There are many moments which cause a lot of joy in working life, but there is also this very special one...
Yesterday evening our company was awarded the second place for the best consulting project abroad within the CONSTANTINUS AWARD 2021! This is our joint project with our clients - company Empik S.A. in Poland!
Besides pride, we are also very grateful for the support and implementation in the highly complex project. Special thanks to all employees of the company empik, who participated in the project for their patience and commitment, the many employees of the subcontractors, who significantly shaped the success and our project team ... simply for everything!
It was one of the most complex projects in our company history. A real challenge. Both in the development phase and in the implementation. The pandemic period was not exactly helpful. But we did it and hope that this project will help empik to achieve further success in the market.

Constantinus nomination in the category International Projects
Our company has once again qualified for the award of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce for consulting projects - CONSTANTINUS AWARD. We received the nomination in the category of "International Consulting Projects".
We don't know yet whether we will receive it, but we are already very proud of the performance of our team consisting of planners, analysts and project managers, who have been instrumental in shaping this project. Which project...? You will find out after the final on 23 September 2021. We are also excited!
New consultant represents us in Russia
It is with great pleasure that we would like to inform our customers and business partners that our company has been able to win a new logistics consultant - Mr. Igor Golovanov - who will represent our interests in Russia with immediate effect.
Mr. Golovanov is a very experienced logistics expert and practitioner, who has been managing operational logistics issues of well-known Russian companies for many years.
In the course of our recent cooperation we were able to win the trust of our first customer and we are already preparing the first planning project. Mr. Golovanov will be supported by our colleagues from all other LLS branches.

Our company has decided to take the next step forward in order to expand the scope of competence in the field of data analysis and flow simulation. The acquired software - AnyLogic, will allow us to present and analyze not only the diversified flows of goods, but also employees behaviors inside the warehouse - in a structural and graphical way. 2D / 3D simulation models facilitate the verification of the assumed employee performance. It allows for testing the designed equipment and processes in terms of adapting to the specifics of a given concept, before introducing changes in the real world-contexts. Contrary to spreadsheet-based analyzes, simulation modeling allows you to observe the behavior of the system at any level of detail, e.g. to verify the traffic volume of picking operators in the corridors at any time.
The models created in this way can be used both in the logistics audit and in the design of a warehouse.

2 days of virtual logistics trade fair, 4 thematic paths and the best practitioners inbussiness - we invite you to the 9th LogDays 2020 National Workshop of LogisticsHeads, which will take place online on July 30-31.

Consultants without borders
The company "LLS" was honored on February 1st , 2020 with the Gabriel Al-Salem Foundation award in the category "Consultants without borders". We were able to convince the jury with the project at ASKLEPIY Group. We would like to express our pride that we feel with the words of SCM Director Ms. Diliara Shaihutdinova:
“I share with you my positive feelings and my pride - the project to develop the OXYmed pharmacy chain, led by the consultant Feskov Anatoly, was the winner of the international competition of the Gabriel Al-Salem Foundation in the category "Consultants without borders"! The project was carried out in Uzbekistan with support and funding from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). It was carried out by consultants from Sweden Björn Ericsson, Ukraine - Yuri Akhunov, Russia - Pavel Lisovsky, what made this project really international and successful!
The recommendations of consultants for implementing the Kaizen principles, integrating new IT products, improving warehouse processes, inventory management and training pharmacists contributed to the expansion of the OXYmed pharmacy network and the delivery of medicines to the remotest corners of Uzbekistan. Logistics - challenges and opportunities

On November 15, our company took part in a conference organized by the EBRD bank in Minsk under the common motto "Logistics - challenges and opportunities"
This time we have prepared a presentation entitled "Warehouse planning - is there an ideal warehouse?", Which was additionally supported by the presentation of the project we are currently implementing.
The conference in Belarus coincided with the first project we conducted on that market in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
We will be on LogiMAT 2020!
We are pleased to inform you that our company Lubandy.Logistc.Services will be present for the first time at the LogiMAT 2020 logistics fair, which will take place from 10-12 March 2020 in Stuttgart. In the program of the fair we will present, among others, our latest product - proprietary WMS software with a maximum degree of freedom due to the implementation of the so-called process wizard.

The topic of this year's workshop was: "Decision models and a few variants for high-value investments, or how to calculate the profitability of warehouse automation using shuttle storage systems".

About the 10 anniversary of LLS company and visiting in Poland
We are pleased to announce that our company LLS Austria celebrated the 10th anniversary this year! Together with our engineering team from LLS Kiev, we took the opportunity to celebrate this excellent occasion with our customers while visiting selected automation projects in Poland, from 10 to 14 December 2018.
The celebration of our 10th anniversary was also a great chance to spend time with our LLS teams from Austria, Poland, and Ukraine in order to exchange experiences from different markets and to strengthen the bond between employees.
The outstanding atmosphere during the meetings confirmed our deep belief that teamwork and good relationships with our customers are the keys to our success.

Virtual Warehouse - 3D model
Today our company took a new step forward in the digitization of logistic projects.
From now on, our customers can experience their new warehouse before it's ordered - by using virtual reality.
The DEMO3D models can be translated into a special software VR module creating a virtual warehouse. You can enter and navigate the virtual warehouse to see the complex operations and test how they behave and interact with live models.
Analysis of internal warehouse material streams with specialised UMBERTO NXT software
Last week, our company extended its competences in the field of data analysis. New competences may be used in the logistic planning of distribution. Owing to specialized software – UMBERTO NTX, we are able to present diversified commodity streams inside a warehouse in a structured and graphic manner, logically connecting subsequent process steps and at the same time to examine its efficiency in the function of quantitative distribution value. The collected information is helpful in warehouse optimization. The tool enables us to generate results both in the form of graphic Sankey diagram and the result tables including the possibility of processing data in a data base or spreadsheet. Data packages created in this way can be used in auditing, organizing or planning the warehouse.
Lubandy Logistic Services at PharmLog 2016 in Moscow
On 10 November 2016, an annual PharmLog 2016 conference was held in Moscow for specialists in production and distribution of medicinal preparations on the Russian market. As specialists in distribution planning, our company participated in this conference by presenting and discussing the following issue:
„How should we understand the process quality in the area of distribution of medicines?”
Due to organizational reasons, our presentation was conducted via two channels of communication: a direct one performed by the representative of our company on the Russian market, Dmitriy Litvinov, and as a video-call directly from our logistic consultancy office in Austria. Thus, we were able to answer all the questions, even about logistic planning or automatics of warehouse immediately and competently.
Lubandy.Logistic.Services at AUSTRIA SHOWCASE in Kazakhstan
On 4-8 April 2016, Lubandy.Logistic.Services participated in the presentation of Austrian companies potential, so-called AUSTRIA SHOWCASE, held by the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Austria in Kazakhstan.
According to the agenda of the visit, meetings with representatives of the Kazakh State Railways and logistics companies building logistics terminals on the so-called “Silk Route” were organised.
During this event, our company took a decision about cooperation with a local representative, Mr Waleri Pogrebnoi, who has been our business partner for years.
Economic mission in Baku
On 19 October 2015, Lubandy.Logistic.Services participated in an economic mission conducted by the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Austria and Azerbaijan in Baku.
The agenda of the visit included B2B meetings with prospective customers.
As a result of the conducted negotiations, our company signed a contract for provision of a logistics audit in one of the largest distribution centres of food products of Veyseloglu Holding.

On 15 October 2015, companies Logisys and Lubandy Logistic Services, has prepared the Jubilee seminar: logistics Projects – exchange of experience: "Small is beautiful - the implementation of efficient logistics solutions in medium-sized distribution warehouse".
It was a closed meeting for people from our business environment, the aim of which was o exchange experience and inspiration, related to the importance of logistics for the whole enterprise.

On 7th and 8th of October, 2014 logistic managers met in Warsaw (Poland ) to the "XI FORUM Polskich Menedżerów Logistyki POLSKA LOGISTYKA" congress which for the eleventh time takes place and was organized under the management of the magazine "Puls Biznesu". On 10th of September 2013, RFID enthusiasts, practitioners und suppliers met in Düsseldorf (Germany) to the "RFID congress 201" which for the third time takes place and was organized under the management of the magazine "RFID im Blick". Company LLS was invited as a performer with the presentation of the project: "RFID supported Track & Trace system for pharmaceutical wholesalers“. Additional to the congress, visitors was invited to participate into speed-lab presentations.

More than 80 companies were participants in conference "PharmLogic 2012" on 9th November 2012 in Moscow. Among them was represented our company “LLS" and main director Robert Lubandy made a report on theme “RFID supported Track & Trace system for pharmaceutical wholesalers".
The exhibition "Inprodmash"
From 11 to 14 September 2012 in Kiev held 21th international exhibition of equipment and technologies for food processing industry INPRODMASH '2012.
It is Ukraine's largest trade fair, proven among domestic and foreign experts as an effective platform for professional communication. There are demonstrations of equipment and technologies for all sectors of the food industry.
Simultaneously INPRODMASH traditionally held international exhibition UPAKOVKA, in the exposition which presents equipment, technologies and materials for modern food packaging.
Thus, the complementary subjects of exhibitions INPRODMASH and UPAKOVKA cover the full cycle process from the primary processing of raw materials to the finished packaged product.
Support of government and industry private organizations shows the authority:
- The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine,
- Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Netherlands
- Association of processing and packaging equipment Netherlands GMV (FMECWM).
INPRODMASH and UPAKOVKA allow Ukrainian producers of food products get acquainted with modern technology and add their expertise and knowledge, expand business contacts. This year the exhibition was attended by 195 exhibitors from 22 countries: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Israel, Italy, Spain, China, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Taiwan, Turkey France, Switzerland and Ukraine.
New companies were participating in the exhibition '2012 most - successful international companies’, who are seeking to enter new markets for their products and services: RID Logistic Solutions (Austria), ETIMAG ETIKET AS (Turkey), LAGO & MACHINERY (Spain), RADEX (Poland), MGT Liquid & Process Systems (Israel) etc.
Constantinus Award 2012
The company ‘LLS’ has been honored on the 14th of June 2012 with the Constantinus Award 2012 in the category “foreign projects”. The Constantinus Award is awarded since 10 years in the IT and consulting business, for the best projects. With the project “Logistic management at ALBA Ukraine” we could convince the jury. More than 3 years of hard work with the client was worth it. We are very proud!
